Michael

Michael Cahn, founder of Sueños de Salsa, grew up in Santa Fe surrounded by the rhythms of his father’s flamenco troupe, and while studying in Cuzco, Peru, he discovered salsa. Along the way, he competed throughout the Northwest, twice winning the Seattle Dances Mirrorball trophy. Known for his approachable style, patience, and ability to inspire confidence, Michael loves watching connect people, celebrate culture, and spark joy through dance.
